I cannot localize the shopify chat support for us that have online ecommerce from SHopify. I used it 1 month ago, now I cannot find it. Where is it`It’s impossible to navigate to it. It’s gone.
It’s still there, they’ve just hidden it on the help site so you have to type in a question first and then you can click the Contact Shopify Support button at the bottom of the page.
