Which barcode scanners are compatible with Stocky?

Does anyone know which barcode scanners are compatible with Stocky? Currently the Supported barcode scanner page is down…

Can it be any 1D/2D scanner or does it have to be the socket scanner specifically..??

Download this app, it will turn your phone into a barcode scanner and yes it works with Stocky. You just have to make sure your computer and phone are connected to the same WiFi

Barcode to PC: Wi-Fi scanner

I reached out to Shopify about what scanner to use with Stocky and if I could use my mobile phone. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I did a little research and found an app that can turn your mobile phone into a barcode scanner that connects to your PC or Mac. I am on a Macbook and it’s work perfect! Not sure if this will work with the POS but it certainly works with stocky!

Very simple, download this app on your phone. Then follow the instructions. You’ll have download an emulator on your PC or Mac to make this work per instructions. After you’ve got this setup and connected open stocky and create a stocktake, then scan your first product barcode! and BOOM! I generated a barcode on my screen and scanned it to test and the product I scanned showed right up in Stocky.
