Anyone have any advice? I want to be able to add to basket from the Homepage.

Most Shopify themes do not have the option “add to cart” on the homepage by default. Because Shopify products have options, showing all those options below the product image in the homepage grid gets messy.
But you can still get the “add to cart” button on the homepage by customizing the code.
Also, Shopify has a lot of themes that have a Quick Shop or Quick View function in the grid. So you get to click on a button to see the product’s details in a lightbox, and from there, you can add the item to the cart.
For example:
- Responsive by Out of the Sandbox
- Retina by Out of the Sandbox
- Symmetry by Clean Canvas

Alternatively, as I am not techie at all, are there any similar themes where the Basket/Cart open on the Home page if an item is selected?
I’m trying to figure out which is the best starting theme to then customize.
