To provide some context, the shops billing will include four types of charges; Subscription, Apps, Shipping, and Transaction Fees. When installing apps, there are four types of app-related charges that can populate within the shops bill. This includes:
Depending on the app(s) installed, you may have had access to a free trial-period where the app results in reoccurring fees once the trial is completed. I would recommend checking with the app developer to confirm whether or not reoccurring fees are expected.
Touching on shipping fees, these charges are related to purchasing shipping labels and any adjustments made during the billing cycle. While customers do pay for shipping, the shipping labels are purchased and billed through your Shopify account, if using Shopify Shipping. These fees are charged separately from your subscription and recommend checking out our Shipping Labels Fees document for more information on this.
