Why am I experiencing server errors in my online store's backend?

Hi,

I am constantly facing outages in backend of my store. (Shopizhar.myshopify.com). I have visited the status page, but everything seems to be fine. I get “Server Error” usually on these pages:

  1. Orders

  2. Viewing order detail

  3. Products

I am not sure what’s wrong. I have already tried clearing cache, using incognito mode, or even tried a different browser. I get this issue on mobile and tablet as well (shopify app).

Shopify Status does not show any widely known technical issues.

Consider opening a ticket with Shopify’s support, so that the technical team can look into the account.
