Why am I getting a 'noindex' error when uploading a PDF product list?

Hi,

I want to be indexed for having wholesale products but most of my wholesale items are hidden. I created a wholesale PDF product list and uploaded it. Google Console wouldn’t index the file for me because it’s not on my domain but rather https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/etc so I used this tutorial and created a redirect from my domain to the PDF and resubmitted to the console but now I am getting the error: No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header

I can’t quite figure this out. When I inspect the PDF on the site, I cannot find anything causing this. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2727/1914/files/Leila_Cools_Handmade_Glass_Jewellery_Wholesale_Product_List.pdf?v=1692895931

I am also having this issue and am checking to see if there are any solutions made.

The fact that my PDFs cant be indexed by search engines due to it being on Shopifys CDN and it setting a noindex is kind of useless to even have the option to upload PDFs to Shopify.

I meet this too, i wonder why it can’t be indexed by google, and cahtgpt didn’t give me the answer, I want to get help from you, but it seems that you r being puzzled by this too. :sob:
