Why am I not making sales despite high traffic on my online store?

Hello,

I’ve had my store active for a month now, and have had 270 visits, but no sales and it doesn’t seem to be getting enough visitors. Please can you give me some feedback? I think I’ve set up my seo ok with researched keywords. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, I really want this to be worth the two years of artwork, as if it’s not I have to stop drawing to focus my time on getting money in. Thank you

So sorry to hear about your frustration, I know that is not easy whereby someone will be investing time and money into a business, and in the long run, there are no positive results, that is bad we all know.

Your visitors are okay to covert, I saw a situation where one of my clients make his first 1k sales with just 132 store traffic, which means you too have also tried a lot, but I will advise you to be dynamic with your marketing campaigns, use different social media platforms at the beginning to discover the one that is working most for your product.

Your SEO can also be edited, I suggest, you do SEO by yourself will have take a lot from you I mean, time, to research the keywords, use this website to research keywords your keywords as well Answer the public.com to find your niche keywords.

Hello, I have had a look at your store and here are a few suggestions on how it could be improved upon.

  1. The homepage could do with some more content, it looks a bit too scanty at the moment. You could add a brief description of the business on it and a few more images.

  2. Add a FAQ page. This would help provide answers to questions that your customers would most likely have about your business without them having to ask it by themselves.

  3. It would be a great idea to show customers what other customers are doing in your store. This would help motivate them to carry out activities of their own when they see others doing so. You can do this by downloading the Show Recent Orders App here https://apps.shopify.com/show-recent-orders

  4. There should be links to your social media accounts at the bottom of your homepage. This would help customers to stay more connected to your business.
