@AshlynBoutique did you ever receive your funding? I have had quite a few and always pay them off way before they are due. I submitted one on Dec. 8th and everyday it gets pushed back a day. It was to happen December 13th, 14th, 15th and so on and we are on December 21 right now. Just curious if you are still waiting.
Hi .. yes I actually did finally receive it on 11/10 and then I’ve paid that one off with another loan active right now which will be in review mode tonight when I hit 85%.
when I reach out they advised that they are unable to help even when I mention that I was told to reach out.

How long are you in review mode for? I’ve been waiting about 24 hours now with no updates, I’m at 87%!
I found they don’t offer on the weekends. My last one I hit my mark on a Saturday and didn’t get one until Monday. I can’t say for sure but that just happened to me as well.

I finally received it thank goodness. I emailed a few times, I believe they are overwhelmed. Never got a clear answer but I was in Review for two weeks but did finally receive! Thank you for your response.

I was approved today and it says funds today, but i do not see!
If you were approved today (congrats! 
) you’ll see the funds in the morning, whenever your bank does it’s over night deposits/credits I’m sure you’ll see it, that’s how it’s always been for me 
Hello when you mention paying them off early are you using funds out of your bank to remit the balance early or are you doing it the traditional way by letting the percentage from the sales pay it off? If you are remitting the balance yourself do you think your offers have been good compared to the traditional way? I’m thinking about remitting my balance but I’m not sure if that’ll hinder my offer.

I did because I sold a lot in person which does not go through the website. Yes the offers have been good. I did get an offer a few days after paying it off and I submitted the request. It did take a few weeks and I was finally approved and received it. I was worried there for awhile because I thought maybe I should have used that money to buy inventory however I truly believe after what I have read and researched they are very back logged and finally kind of got that answer from them after the third email. They have opened capital in other countries so I believe they are just overwhelmed put they did pull through for me. Yes in the past it has been immediate but again its just a growth issue with them in my opinion.

I’ve had the same issue! I paid my loan off in full last summer but haven’t had any further offers since despite making the same money. I am concerned we won’t get it offered again though as we had issues when we had it due to having several payment gates. Most people would place large expensive orders with Klarna and clearpay which have a 1-2 week pay out. We would have to pay the materials cost and labour for those orders whilst waiting to be paid for them, and Shopify would then take their remittance within a couple of days of the order being placed, which did not align with payout dates of those platforms and did impact our cash flow. I did ask to be able to manually remit myself when these gates paid out but no one ever responded to me and the above issue caused a couple of payments to be late (even though we settled them as soon as the payouts came). Frustrating as capital was fantastic for us, we ended up being able to fund marketing and machinery which has improved the business significantly, but it just seems impossible to get now unless they offer you it.

I’ve requested someone contact me a couple times but no one has responded or ever emailed me about it, it’s just the usual “keep an eye on your capital page for offers” response when I’ve contacted support, but no reason as to why we haven’t had another offer a year on despite paying it off in full. any advice you could give would be appreciated!
