Why am I not receiving emails from my theme download and csv export?

I’m trying to download my theme and export a csv product file to me email address via the backend. I’ve tried multiple times and it says the emails are being sent yet they never arrive. Any ideas? Thanks Jo

and you should check your spam email. Maybe it was send into.

If you are still waiting for the emails to arrive, can you tell me how long it has been since you initially tried to export via CSV? Can you also please tell me if you receive other emails from Shopify to your email address without issue? As @GemPages suggested, it’s also worth checking that the email address you have provided is correct and that emails aren’t being sent to your spam folder.

Another reason this can happen is if the merchant has any special characters in their store name, such as a comma or exclaimation point. Does your store’s name include any of these characters?

Three days and I’ve tried about 10 times. And yes, I’ve checked spam. No special characters in the store name, just two spaces and letters. I’m fairly certain I receive other emails but not sure how to test…

Right, I see. In that case I would recommend contacting our support team directly and asking them to investigate this further for you. CSV exports can sometimes become “stuck” and this can prevent future exports from going through as they should. Our team should be able to clear these for you, and if the problem continues, we can troubleshoot further.
