Why am I not receiving my PayPal payments after a week?

it’s been over a week almost and i still haven’t been paid from a PayPal transaction made by a customer, all my payments and accounts for PayPal are setup. so, i don’t need solutions on “how to setup PayPal” i want a solution on why i haven’t been paid although its captured as paid and fulfilled. Definitely not happy and shopify has no other contact other then this…

As PayPal is considered to be a third-party payment provider, all funds would be paid out by PayPal directly. If you have confirmed that your PayPal account has successfully been set up, you will want to connect with PayPal Support directly. They will be able to investigate further and provide clarification on your payouts and when you can expect to receive them.
