Hello, I dunno how can i explain my issue.
now when someone place an order, I’m not receiving a confirmation email (order confirmation).!
and when i checked setting>>notifications, and trying to make (send test) in any, if it’s order or shipping ,etc.
I’m not receiving any email at all. (Email already authentication)
could someone to help me please, however i plug in the right DNS in my domain.

Could be DNS issue or check if your emails is going in ur spam box i can help you about DNS

where is your domain taken from ?
in dns it shows google site why that is coming ?

this domain from etisalat UAE.
and regarding google you saw,its google analyzing and console as well.
have you added the store contact email and sender email in shopify which is under settings general section
Make sure the sender email is the correct email you want to send emails from, and is with a valid email host, using your custom third-party domain
check the mailer record in DNS with etisalat UAE for shopify
Also add C Name that is missing i guess check that too with Etisalat UAE
