I have my checking account and routing # logged with shopify but nothing is being deposited in that account…do i need to do something on my end with my bank?
Can you confirm what payment gateway the customer used to pay for their order?
If using a third party gateway then you may have a separate online account you need to sign into to in order to track your payouts.
If you are using Shopify Payments, you can check your scheduled payouts in the admin under Settings > Payments > View Payouts for Shopify Payments. You can also see when a payout is scheduled for a specific order from within the order timeline.
