- Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or a private window to rule out any browser issues.
- When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
- Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don’t support every browser, but we do support these ones)
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Try on the Shopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.

Thanks for support. Unfortunately I am still experiencing this issue despite trying from different browsers. I would like to share with you the steps:

I run “shopify theme serve” in my Visual studio code editor.

I open the URL “http://127.0.0.1:9292/” in my browser (and i have done this using different browsers: Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome) and this page is displayed

I click on “Log in here” at the buttom, because I am the store owner.

After entering my email and password this page is displayed

As a side note: I canlog in to my Shopify admin using the same email and password and I am currently logged in my Shopify admin.

I’ve located this community thread of users experiencing a similar issue when using the Shopify theme serve CLI. It is mentioned in this Shopify Dev document that if you want to use Shopify CLI to work on a development store, then you should be the store owner or create a staff account on the store.
Since you’re the store owner, then you need to log in to the store directly using the store URL at least once (for example, using {shop}.myshopify.com/admin) before you log in using Shopify CLI. Logging in to the Shopify admin directly connects the development store with your Shopify login.
