Why am I still billed for a cancelled app?

I cancelled my shopify app and uninstalled it but I was billed for it in my monthly charges. I have tried to find someone in Shopify to ask for a refund but I can’t find anyone!!

Can someone from Shopify please help??

Hi has the refund been processed? It has been 3 weeks and I have not
received it yet.
