The next steps to resolve this issue are for you to use an existing Business Manager or create a new one directly on Facebook, which you will then be able to connect to Shopify through the Facebook sales channel.

I tried your suggestion, however it says ‘error occurred while processing this request.Please try again.’
I’ve been trying to resolve this for days and still stuck on same error message.
Any other tips, Please help!

Yes it did. I created a New business manager on Facebook and it worked.
