Why are all my products not appearing in my online store?

Hello guys and gals,

I am new to Shopify and I’ve been building out my store for about a month now. I’m almost ready to release and I’m realizing that not all my products are showing on my store. They are all listed properly in my collections but not all the products are populating in my shop. I’ve hired a “professional” to help but they are still stumped on why this is happening. I have nearly 3,000 products and nearly 1,000 are not showing up. Please help! Any options for bulk fixes?
