Why are credit cards not working on my site?

Hi people are not able to pay using credit cards on my site. Only PayPal works. How do I solve this issue? Is there chat support available somewhere?

You can speak to our support directly by following these steps:

  • Log into our Help Center
  • Enter your question in the search bar
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Continue’ under ‘Get support’.
  • Select your preferred method of support (live chat, web callback, email, or Twitter)

If you are unable to login for some reason, you can choose the “Continue without logging in” option at the start and continue through the same process.
