I sent out about 20 invoices two days ago and almost every customer had issues when it came to the payment page. After they enter their info, the loading icon will spin and then it takes them to the previous info page again. I’ve had to process multiple payments through paypal and venmo. What is the issue??? At least 10 customers so far and the other 10 haven’t tried to pay yet. This is the second time this has happened.
Can you share us your store url?
It looks fine on my end. Unfortunately I can’t test much without doing a test payment gateway to simulate like I bought the order.
