Hey i have added products to my website. They are all active yet showing unavailable when i try to click on it from the site! Please help!!!

I’d love to help you with your products. If they’re showing as unavailable for purchase on your website, there’s a possibility the inventory levels haven’t been updated to reflect the amount of stock you have on hand. Can you please check your product inventory and adjust it accordingly if needed? You can refer to this guide to do so.
If your product inventory has already been set and your products are still unavailable, please share your website and details about the specific product in question so I can investigate. I’ll be happy to help you further!

Our customers sometimes experience the same. Products shown as not available (sold out) however the inventory is not tracked and products are fully available. We mostly ask them to remove the cookies and refresh the browser. Any feedback?

Are you potentially using an app that hosts your inventory? Or, have you adjusted your theme’s code at all?
If your products are standard Shopify hosted products(not associated with an app) without tracked inventory, they should show as in stock. If your products inventory are controlled by an app, there may be a setting that needs to be adjusted within that app. In that case, please reach out to the app developer.
In the case your products are standard products, please reach out to our live team who can take a look directly.
