Why are my Dawn theme preview images blurry?

Hi,

I am having a few issues with the blurry images on Dawn. the product images themselves are fine, it is just on the homepage, products page and ‘you may also like’

I have watched a few Youtube videos and also read a few bits on here but no luck. I amended the code slightly which did seem to work with one but not others.

I think you should try replacing the code of the image with this code

Is there anyone that could take a look for me? I may well be doing it wrong, code isn’t my strong point.

I have attached a few screen shots. if you see on the home page, they are quite blurry, the same when you go onto the apparel page. On the individual product pages, the images are crisp however on the ‘roundel’ product, the option images below are not showing (screenshot attached)
