I don’t understand why it keeps saying the documents cannot be verified. When I click through now the only field it is still requesting is the business registration, which is what I have included.
Has anyone experienced this problem before?

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with submitting your documents! In this case, since we cannot authenticate you for the store in question over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics. With that being said, it would be best and more secure to login to your online store using our Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with an Advisor about the situation.
