I have a problem with the orders. When an order pops up they fulfilled automaticaly without any action from us. Especially the paid ones. Could you please check it?

Alternative approach:
- Use the Order Automator app for more granular control over which specific items should be automatically fulfilled
Screenshots were shared showing the exact location of these settings in the Shopify admin panel. The issue appears resolved with these configuration changes.
You can control this in Settings > Checkout
If you only want to auto fulfill certain items, you can use Order Automator app to choose what gets fulfilled. If you want to fulfill nothing automatically, just select that option in the screenshot above in your Shopify settings.
