We have been using the same template without issue for many years, however recently some images have stopped loading on mobile, with only the alt text showing up.
I cannot find an error, change or pattern in why some load and some don’t.
All of our images are exported from Photoshop the same way - as they always have been - and if I swapped images from a working page to one that wasn’t working it would load up fine and vice versa (if I swap a broken photo onto a working page, it breaks) but they are all the same size, format etc.
I cannot recreate the error in Chrome or Safari (or in Shopify theme editor) on desktop by downsizing the browser to mobile.
I’ve attached a screen cap (in zoom viewer and not), or you can navigate to the below link on mobile for example (secondary photos work fine…)
Very confused, any help appreciated.
