Why are some customers not getting the local delivery option?

Hi all,

Having problems with local delivery. This worked fine until a week or so ago, then we had returning customers complaining that they were no longer getting the option. Some do, some don’t. Have checked all the settings and cannot find anything wrong, i just don’t understand why it is working for some and not others?

I understand the Local delivery was working fine, and some customers are complaining that the option is not working for them in the past week. While I don’t have enough information to go on, the first thing I’d recommend checking is whether you’ve assigned inventory to each of your Locations. If that doesn’t help identify the issue, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue.
