Why aren't my automated emails delivering to customers?

I’ve created automation for abandoned cart and other situations, but the email is not being delivered to the customer. I created it with Shopify email app.
The standard abandoned cart email works, but the automation that contains flow is not working. I’ve tried with other flows, but nothing.

What’s the problem?

Should I disable the standard abandoned cart?
