Why aren't my embedded YouTube videos showing on all devices and browsers?

Hi there,

I once in a while embed a video from youtube in my listings. I never had any problems with it, but now I’m experiencing something weird with the last two I posted.

I can see the videos playing on my own browser (Google Chrome) - but I don’t see them on my mobile, on other browsers, other computers than mine, and when I open an incognito window in my browser! Looks like I’m the only one able to see the videos.

Here’s one listing with this problem:

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

I looks like the video embeded on https://rubymardi.com/products/baleal-yellow-gold-ring-with-a-green-montana-sapphire is a reel whereas video embeded on https://rubymardi.com/collections/fine-jewelry-montreal-new-products/products/desir-marquise-diamond-white-gold-ring is a full width video. This seems to be the cause of the issue.

To verify, can you use same video for both the product and see if this is the issue.

Indeed, if I use the same video, it then works! But both videos are coming from my “shorts” section on Youtube, and they have the same height and width in the coding … do you know what would make the first one being “seen” like a full width video?

:zipper_mouth_face: :grimacing: Sorry to have bothered you with this, I finally found out it was a setting in Youtube on my last videos that made integration impossible.
