Why aren't my Oberlo products showing up on my store page?

Hi, Im having problems uploading my products to my page using oberlo. I’ve already customized everything and changed what needed to be changed on oberlo and when I select import to shopify it simply goes to shopify product page but it’s not active on my store page. I’ve also already set all of the products to active on shopify. i can’t even select a product using debutify for my featured products on my home page. please help

Have you added a menu to your store, to link your product catalogue to your storefront?

If your products have been successfully imported from Oberlo, and are all showing as Active within your Shopify product page, it might be that you’ll just need to link your products to a menu so that you can access them on your storefront. If you haven’t already, you can also organise your products into collections, so that your customers will be able to easily navigate through your store.

We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, however you can visit our Help Centre here, then type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request with our Support Team.
