Hey, I have a website setup on shopify. I have added my products to my site with some products having colour options. But when I go to the store the options are not visible. I have attached a screenshot for reference. This issue is for every product on my page with multiple options
Are you also using a third-party app, such as a page builder, to control your store’s product pages? If so, you can navigate to the app to see if there are any features that will allow you to add a variant picker onto your product page.
To further troubleshoot, you can also try and install a fresh copy of a Shopify theme by going to Online store > Themes > Explore free themes and select a theme to add to your library. From there, click on Actions > Preview, and you can then navigate to your product pages to see if any of the variants will appear.
If the issues don’t persist on a fresh theme, a third-party app may be interfering with how your product page is meant to function. If you or a developer working on your store have made any code changes recently to your theme, the newly added code may also be the cause of this issue.
If you need further help to look into your issues though, you can contact our team so that we can take a closer look at your store from our end. We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, but you can reach out to our support team via our help centre here. Once logged in on our help centre, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you’ll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.
I am able to see my options when I use a different theme. For my theme I am using a third party theme and I am not using any page builder to build my pages
If the product variants and options are showing up when using a Shopify theme, then there might be an issue with the current theme you’re using.
Have you contacted our live support team about this matter? If you haven’t already done so, I recommend following the instructions in my earlier reply to get in touch with our live support team so that we can take a closer look at your theme from our end.
In saying this however, our team’s scope of support here may be a bit limited because of the third-party nature of your theme. If you purchased your theme from our Shopify Theme Store however, our live support team should be able to help get in touch with the theme developers in case we need further help with troubleshooting this issue. In the case that your theme was purchased outside of our Theme Store, then you’ll need to get in touch with the theme developers directly from your end.
