Why aren't the 'add to cart' and 'quick view' buttons appearing on hover?

Hey guys, i was wondering if you could help me, when normally hovering over products it shows a “add to cart” and “Quick view” buttons. These appear when hovering over.

I’ve got two images one for now not working:

If you log into here - https://directcomputers.myshopify.com/collections/cpus password flowma and hover over a product you’ll see nothing appears. Could someone help me with this please!

Remove this css from

Online Store->Theme->Edit code->Assets->theme.scss.liquid

Thanks for your reply. They are meant to hover over the product and it shows the options for quick view and add to cart. Will doing this work or just permantly show the buttons?
