Why aren't the correct colors showing on my online store buttons?

Hello Community,

can someone please help me. I’m in the process of creating an online store, but unfortunately it’s not showing me the correct colors on the buttons. I have uploaded my t-shirts on the producer’s app and then transferred to Shopify, but unfortunately I have the problem the buttons that there does not show me the correct colors.

Hi there,

Can you please pass your store URL (with password if it is a test store) here.

As you have said, you are using producer’s app, not sure, if the colors are imported correctly.

Can you try by edit one product and putting colors there?
