I am using the newest version of Ella theme (https://themeforest.net/item/ella-responsive-shopify-template/9691007). This theme is great but there is a issue in my store that the thumbnail photos don’t show up, customers have to refresh many time to show them all.
I contact the theme creator but they said that this error is not due to their source code because they download my current theme file and test on their store, there is not any issue. I don’t know why but old version of Ella (5.1) work normally without any issue.
