"I’m having issues getting my store to allow customers to purchase items. Instead, they just see a screen that says “coming soon!”
The to-do list for setting up my store is completely finished, yet only admins can access it or purchase things."
So i got a full shop just sittn there and getting charged outa the ass per month and they dont answer my emails, any solutions would be madly appreciated

For better visibility, are you able to share a link to your store here as well as a screenshot of what customers are seeing?
Based on what you shared, it looks as though you may have password protection enabled. To disable this to allow customers to reach your store, please follow the steps below.
Remove Online Store Password:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes
There is a banner displayed that says, “Your online store is password protected.”
Click Remove password. If the banner isn’t displayed, then your online store isn’t password protected.
Please note: You can also remove the online store password from the Preferences page of your online store in your Shopify admin. You’ll need to uncheck the box under Password Protection.
