One of our customer suddenly sent us a message that he could not checkout on our website, he is somewhat stuck in our cart page. When I tried ordering on our website, I experienced the same issue.
Does anybody know what just happen? Or is this just a shopify maintenance? Our website is artsuppliesaustralia.com.au .

To share some insight, our Developers were made aware of a checkout issue recently that has since been resolved. Due to this, you should no longer experience any issues with the checkout process when attempting to place an order. If however, you do continue to experience problems, I recommend attempting the following troubleshooting steps listed below to help resolve:
Clear your Cache and Cookies.
Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
Attempt using Another Device.
Try uploading from the Shopify Mobile App.
If after completing all of the steps outlined above you or your customers experience any errors, please feel free to Contact Support to allow for further investigation.
