I want to use a few drop shippers I have synced with the both stores but why can’t my customers see this on the website? Do I need to download a App to sync to my website? Please advise I have been trying for days to find this out and it’s loosing me sales.

I’m not 100% clear on what you’re saying. Are you a store owner looking to see dropshippers or are you a dropshipper looking to connect with a store?
