i am struggling to get my sitemap approved on Google search console. I’ve verified my website but it say “couldn’t fetch”
any help would be appreciated thanks

You can find your sitemap by adding /sitemap.xml to the end of your domain. There is a guide here from our Help Centre that goes over how you can find your sitemap and submit it to your Google Search Console. There is also a video tutorial here!
Your website link does not seem to be loading for me, I checked the URL and it does not look like the CNAME (the domain with www. in front of it) is set to point to your Shopify store. Can I ask if you have made changes to your domain name recently?

this is what comes up when I put sitemap in for my website. But Google search console says. “Sitemap could not be read “
in regards to my domain I haven’t but on my Shopify it says “setup in progress” but before it was connected

So I go to “Google search console” > “sitemaps” then “add new sitemap”, at the end of my url I type /sitemap.xml and submit

It sounds like you’re following the correct steps to enter your sitemap, so the issue might be with the domain itself. I’ve just checked out your DNS settings with a DNS checker website to see how the domain was set up, it looks like it is not pointing towards your Shopify site:
Could you show me a screenshot of how your domain is set up? If you go to Settings > Domains in your admin, you’ll find it! Here is the view from my test store to give you an example:
