Why can't I accept Cash On Delivery payments on my dropshipping store?

I am trying out dropshipping from India. I installed the third party app named Roposo Clout from shopify app store. I set up my store and also enabled Cash On Delivery as Manual Payment Method. Now, at the checkout page, when the user tries to enter his shipping address, the payment section says “the store can’t accept payments right now”. I tried this on incognito mode and even on a different device, but getting the same result. I am attaching the screenshot of before and after the user enters the address. What am i doing wrong?

we also faced the same problem. after a few hours of trying and failing, i realised that there is some “Advanced cash on delivery” app added by default on the store.

uninstalling that app brought the “COD” option in the checkout page. and the order is placed. not really sure why though.
