Why can't I access Oberlo and BigBuy on my active dropshipping store?

I am new to dropshipping I have 2 stores on here that are not developed yet. I have activated one of them today , the other remains inactive. I have the Oberlo app connected to my inactive store , though I am unable to access from my recently active store. I have the Oberlo App on my active store but I cant access , I also have the BigBuy app on my active store and I cant access this either.

I was just searching Dropshipping Manager solution for my business too and I got one for my business and I found one which I am sharing here.
