Why can't I access the admin section in Shopify?

Hi

I cannot access the admin section in Shopify anymore.

Can you check your email to see if you have received any notifications about the store closing?

If you haven’t received an update from Shopify, the next step is to contact their live support team for more information as they can take a closer look at the issue for you.

If you are having issue logging to your admin, Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your internet browser for any available updates and complete them if available
  • Try logging in via an alternate internet browser
  • Try logging in using private / incognito mode on your internet browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies and try logging in again

If the issue persists after completing the above steps, Please head over to Shopify Help Center, follow through the prompts, and start a live chat, phone call or submit an email ticket.

Once connected to one of Shopify Support, they will be able to further assist in identifying the issue.

I didn’t receive any notifications about the store closing.
