Why can't I add a new template in the Debut theme?

Hello,

I am trying to make custom templates in order to customize my collection pages, but I’m not able to add a new template when editing the code. When I select “Add new template,” the only option is to select the type (pictured below), but the option to name it does not appear so I’m unable to proceed. If I select “create template,” an error message appears that says “templates/collection.liquid already exists so nothing was created.” I’m also unable to edit any code directly within any of the current templates, nothing loads on any of the links below Templates. I’m using the Debut theme.

Thanks for the update.

  1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
  2. templates------> add a new template ----> choose template

Thanks, Ketan. This is appearing for me now. I don’t know why it seemed to be frozen/inaccessible before.
