Why can't I add a product on my ecommerce site?

I have a trouble with adding product a few days.

When I click to 'Add Product", page doesn’t open, just write “reload page”, I reload and nothing happen.

Can you help me?

How many days ago did you first notice this issue? Have you noticed this happening when you use any other devices or browsers?

I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to start:

  • Ensure your device and browser are both up to date
  • Try to log in using other devices or browsers (you can also try an incognito or private browser)
  • Clear your cache and cookies
