A user is experiencing an issue where product details and size charts are universally linked across all products in their Shopify store. When they update information for one product (e.g., a hoodie), the same details automatically appear on other products (e.g., pants), preventing individual customization.
Proposed Solutions:
Use dynamic sources for product tabs (details, size charts, etc.) and create metafields for each product to enable unique content
Create separate product templates for each item, then assign them by navigating to the specific product and selecting “change template”
The thread includes screenshots demonstrating the issue. The discussion remains open, with the original poster yet to confirm whether either solution resolved the problem.

i really hope someone can help me out with this issue. when i fill out the details section underneath my hoodie product, it uses the same details under my pants product. am i doing something wrong?
the same thing is happening with my size chart as well, for example when i use a hoodie size chart for my hoodie product, it uses that same chart for my pants product. its like every product is universally connected and i cant manually change anything for one specific procuct.
You can try to create different templates for each product if you wish to implement individual changes. Then you can navigate to the specific product to modify and select “change template.”
