With regards to Oberlo, this app was actually recently removed from our app store which is why you are not able to find it anymore.

I was trying to find Oberlo as well and nothing came up. So I opted for Ali Orders because the app is free. It offers all the basic functions Oberlo has and works smoothly. You get unlimited features with 0 bucks.

I contacted Oberlo support and your support. ticket number is 30811740. But they never gave me an answer. I can’t sync items on one of my sites.

With regards to migrating from Oberlo to Dsers, please refer to the instructions below:
- From the Oberlo home page, click “Migrate to DSers Now”:
- A modal will appear to confirm that data will be shared with DSers. Click “Continue to DSers”:
3a. If you do not have the DSers app already installed on your store, you will be automatically redirected to the DSers app install screen. Once installed, you will be taken back to DSers to create an account or log into an existing account:
3b. If you already has a DSers account, you should see the following where you will be asked how they want to handle their Oberlo and DSers data and how any data conflict should be treated:
- Once logged in, you will see a special Oberlo migration card on the DSers home page. Click “Start migration” or schedule the migration time from the dropdown:
The migration will then begin and can take anywhere from a few seconds to tens of minutes, depending on the number of products and orders that you have on your Oberlo account.
- After the migration, we still recommend you open both apps side by side and compare settings, just to be on the safe side.
With regards to your ongoing ticket however, we always recommend you reply directly to that email thread to communicate directly with the team handling those tickets so they can discuss store-specific information with you.
