Why can't I locate the checkout.liquid file in my moderate plan?

I am facing problem with checkout page , there is no checkout.liquid file in my shopify store, the important thing is that, I have a moderate plan of shopify, I am not using basic plan. then way “I Can’t Find Liquid File For Checkout”

Only merchants on Shopify Plus Plan have access to checkout.liquid file.
