Thank you for the screenshots. It looks like the payment for your subscription keeps failing for some reason. If a payment fails three times, then your store is frozen until you settle your bill with Shopify. The store will not be frozen until your bill’s due date, which in your case looks like tomorrow.
You should check the points below to see if you can find the root cause:
- The credit card that you have on file expired.
- Your account has no payment method on file.
- Your payment method has insufficient funds.
- You aren’t using a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express to pay your Shopify bills.
- Your credit card doesn’t allow for recurring payments in USD.
- Checking the issue with your bank/credit card provider.

Our billing system is automated every 30 days based on when you created your store. Have a look at our help docs here on managing your billing for some more information.
