Hi There
I was on trial plan on Shopify and when trial end my store is closed.
After that i go to chose a plas and i chose basic plan.
After i put my bank information to buy this plan and after i touch the button shopify redirect me on a page that tell something went wrong but my card is okay and i have founds on my card and idk what happened
After that i try again but i cannot go inside my account to try again.
Now here is only option to contact support but when i go to support center here is option only for questions and any option to contact support by email or phone.
I don’t know what happened and what to do now

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with trying to purchase a plan for your Shopify store. Just to confirm, the trial period ended, and that is where you are seeing the issue arise?
What is currently happening when you try to log in or are you seeing an error message when doing so? Did you only notice this after you entered your card details, or did you receive any error messages in your admin prior to the store going offline?
Or have you received an email from the accounts team at Shopify? If you had, my advice would be to respond directly to this email with any questions you may have, as they are best equipped to deal with any account queries. Note that sometimes emails will get sent to your junk/spam folder.
