Says I’m unable to print out shipping labels or purchase shipping labels for orders that have already been paid for!

Thank you for getting in touch about this. Can you tell what the exact wording of the error message is that you’re receiving, if indeed you are receiving one? For how long has this issue been occurring
Can you also tell me which shipping provider you are trying to purchase labels for (e.g. UPS, USPS, etc)? Are you also seeing these orders marked in the admin as “fulfilled” or “unfulfilled”?
