Hi I purchased a domain name, it then said I was refunded and now I can’t repurchase the same domain. Please can someone look into this for me?

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with purchasing a domain! In order for us to take a closer look into the transaction, we will need to verify you for the account in question. You can reach out directly to our support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results. This will allow you to speak with a Support Advisor about the situation.
