Why can't my customer's order be processed due to a vault card issue?

I had a customer/ friend of mine attempt a purchase from my store. On their end; it says “Order can not be processed”. On my end; Orders> Abandoned Checkouts> Timeline it says “Failed to find requested vault card”. What does this mean and how can I fix this?

I haven’t come across this particular error message before, but if we’re not able to resolve it through basic troubleshooting steps, our team can absolutely take a closer look. Is Shopify Payments still in test mode? If so, you’ll need to disable test mode before a real transaction can be processed. If test mode is already disabled, and other transactions been processed successfully using Shop Pay, I would suggest trying another card if possible.
