Why can't my customers place an order due to location issues?

“This order can’t be shipped to your location.”

My customers always sent me a screenshot shows that they cannot place the order because of this sentence, knowing that in the delivery sitting I added their address location and I added the rates and everything is fine.

  1. Please check if you have set up shipping weights for every product.
    Go to Products > Your product > Shipping section > Make sure you have assigned a product weight that is not 0. Make sure the checkbox that says “This is a physical product” is checked off.

  2. Make sure that your fee ranges are fully covered. It means that when you count your shipping rates according to price or weight there must be 0 at the bottom and no limit at the top.

  3. If you have multiple shipping profiles, please check if there is a conflict.

  4. If you have added new locations to ship form, make sure set up the shipping rates for the location specifically.

  5. If you are uploading your product from Oberlo, you have to allow shipping Oberlo Shipping at Shipping settings.

  6. If you don’t have a condition for your shipping rate, please check and remove it.
