Why can't my store's items be shipped to my address?

I cant seem to figure this thing out! I try to checkout at my own store to see if it will work for other people. And every time I try it says this; “Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order.” I dont understand what to do and I have tried going to the shipping and delivery and doing the rates but nothing seems to work! Please help!

My guess is that there might be something missing in your shipping set up. Try taking a look that you have a working shipping rate for the address and that the products you are trying to test out in your cart are in the general shipping rate (rather than being in a custom shipping rate).

To look at your setup go to:
Settings > Shipping and delivery

Shipping

General shipping rates

General —> click the word manage

In here check that you have a rate that would apply to the products.

This didnt seem to work. I made sure all my products were in a shipping zone but it still doesnt work! Do you know of something else I can try? Thank you for even taking your time out to read my problem! Thank you

Sorry that didn’t work out. The time I ran into the message was when I had excluded the product from being shipped to that particular country. I did that because of the regulations in that country. Or if I the particulate weight (condition) was not available for the shipping.
As for another reason, I will try to find one on my site.

I feel like I have tried everything, starting to get frustrated because I feel like its something so simple and I cant figure it out! It says this now on Shipping and Delivery “You currently don’t have any shipping rates with transit time. Once you’ve set up transit times, you can then use processing time to show delivery dates to your customers. Learn more” I dont understand what to do…

So, did you actually select something on top of First Class Package? Looks like that’s the issue we were facing. I don’t know if someone changed the shipping this am or what but after I added more services, it’s now working again ugh!! (First Class is only covering a certain weight) Anyway, that was my issue, unsure if it will fix yours.

Im happy you figured out yours! As i actually still dont know my problem of course. Only works sometimes, I dont understand any of it.

Could you send us a screenshot of what you have selected? We can go from there.
